Vibrational & Crystal Healing

This page will tell you a little about crystal and vibrational healing, available from "Inner Light Therapies" in Bournemouth - what it is and how it is thought to work; what to expect at a treatment session; and the duration and cost of a session. Treatments may be carried out by both therapists working as a team, or by one of us working alone.

What is Vibrational  Healing?

Vibrational healing uses subtle tools that work with the energetic substances of the body, which are not visible to "normal" sight, or yet fully accepted as being an integral part of the anatomy of the body, as defined by the orthodox Western medical profession. Many medical systems with an Eastern philosophical approach accept and can prove the validity of working with some subtle energy systems, as evidenced by the widespread and successful use of treatments like acupuncture, which works on subtle energy pathways (meridians) found just below the skin. Science tends only to accept that which it can prove, and proof that vibrational therapies work is only slowly being exposed. Many vibrational tools and techniques work with the etheric anatomy of the body, which exists in dimensions Higher than that in which we currently exist in physicality and, until we are able to construct equipment capable of measuring such phenomena, their existence and the efficacy of such therapies is likely to remain the subject of dispute. We have come across many instances, however, that show very positive results following sessions of vibrational therapy, which can not be explained through conventional means. Even the well-worn "placebo effect" excuse carries little conviction, when many positive results are also reported from vibrational therapy sessions used with animals. There are numerous approaches to working and healing with vibrational energy, the most common of which may be found in the use of crystals, flower essences, gem essences, colour, sound, and hands-on healing (such as Reiki or spiritual healing). These approaches may be utilised either singly or in any combination that is appropriate.

how is vibrational healing thought to work?

Doctor Richard Gerber tells us in his book "Vibrational Medicine":
"...........Vibrational healing, of which crystal healing is a form, attempts to transform human consciousness and deal with illness by working with the energetic patterns that guide the physical manifestation of life. It is based on the principle that each human being is more than the physical body that we can see and touch. The physical body itself is made of matter that is now believed to be a complex network of interwoven dynamic energy fields. This energetic network which represents the physical/cellular framework is organised and nourished by subtle energetic systems which co-ordinate the life force within the body. It is primarily from these subtle levels that health, and illness, originates. These unique energy systems are powerfully affected by emotions and levels of spiritual balance, as well as by nutritional and environmental factors. The practitioner will try to help the client address all the issues concerned as well as help their subtle and physical bodies to re-establish their natural balance........."

What are crystals?

Crystals, precious and semi precious gemstones have the most orderly structure in the natural world. They are formed of mathematically precise and orderly lattice arrays of molecules. The perfect order of the lattices is due to the individual atoms and molecules being packed together as tightly as possible during their growth, partly because of strong electro-magnetic forces and high pressures around them as they form. This stability ensures that they react in characteristic, precise and predictable ways to a broad spectrum of energies, including sound, light, heat and pressure. They also respond to bioelectricity and consciousness - i.e. thought and emotion.

How are crystals thought to work?

By applying the coherent, stable focused energy of the crystals to dysfunctional energy systems within the human energy fields, stability and optimum balance can be restored. We often use the analogy of crystals being the "oboe" to the body's orchestra - they sound the clear note to which all the other instruments (body systems) re-tune, to ensure the whole orchestra (the complete body) is playing on key and in tune! Quartz crystals also resonate with liquid crystals that are found within the physical body, and transfer their energies to the bloodstream for health and rejuvenation, as well as transmuting unwanted information that may be locked within bodily tissues or the mind. When crystals are used in geometrical arrays, they have an amplified effect, and form a specific energy field around the body, which can be put to different uses depending on the variety of stones used and their placements.

Vibrational Healing / Crystal healing - session & CHARGES:

£40 for the first session (allow up to 2 hours).
£30 for each subsequent session (allow up to 1½ hours)
(Concessions £25 per session)

After taking an appropriate history, you will be asked to remove your shoes and lie down on the treatment couch with a light blanket covering you, whilst firstly your current energy state is diagnosed. Then a treatment plan will be determined for that session, working with what has been found in order of priority, with your feedback and participation where appropriate. A treatment session will take between 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on each client's energetic state and how much work they are able to assimilate in that session. We do not adhere to a strict timetable as this type of energy work cannot (and should not!) be stopped in mid-flow.
